论社会主义初级阶段基本路线形成的历史轨迹与现实启迪

On the historical path and realistic enlightenment of the formation of basic line during the primary stage of socialism

党的基本路线是党和国家的生命线,这是党的十八大报告对基本路线的科学定位,同时也是对基本路线重要性的一次重申与强调。党在社会主义初级阶段基本路线的形成,经历了一个思想转变的过程。从十一届三中全会做出把全党工作重心转移到社会主义现代化建设上来,中经"一个中心,两个基本点"的全新思想与社会主义建设总路线的思想遗迹并存,到十三大明确了我国所处的历史方位,并据此制定基本路线。总结出这条基本路线必须对下列四个问题有着深刻认识:对历史经验教训的深刻总结,对国情的深刻认识,对时代主题的深刻把握,对社会主义本质的深刻揭示。

The party's basic line is the lifeblood of the party and the country.In the report of the 18th Party Congress,this is the scientific orientation of the basic line,but also the reiterate and emphasizes of basic route's importance.The party's basic line in the primary stage of socialism,was formed after a shift in their thinking process.From the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee moves the work centre of gravity to socialist modernization.The co-existance between the whole new idea of 'One Center,Two Basic Points' and the remain idea on the general line of socialism construction.The 13th Party Congress cleared China's position in history,and formulates the basic line.To summarize the basic line must establish following four questions:firstly,to profoundly summarize the historical experience and lessons;secondly,to profoundly understand the national conditions;thirdly,to profoundly grasp the theme of the times;the last,to deeply reveal the essence of socialism.
