摘要
本科生导师制是实现高校立德树人根本任务的重要载体。本科生导师制传入国内以来,尤其是进入21世纪,我国很多高校都进行了积极的尝试与探索,但仍然存在各种各样的问题。如何完善和健全本科生导师制的管理机制,以确保本科生导师制在高校育人工作中的巨大作用是高校需要解决的实际问题。本文以大连理工大学为个案,通过文献法、比较法和问卷调查法等研究方法,对本科生导师制开展现状进行调查分析,从而提出改进意见与建议,以确保本科生导师制取得实效。
The advisor institution of the undergraduate is an important carrier to to realize the moral education task of the university.Since the advisor institution of the undergraduate was spread into China,especially in the 21st century,a lot of colleges and universities in our country has carried out positive attempt and exploration,but there are still various problems.How to improve and complete advisor institution is important to univercities.This paper,taking DUT as a case,through the literature method,comparison method,and the methods of questionnaire investigation,analyzed the findings of the advisor institution,puts forward suggestions to ensure the effectiveness
