摘要
近年来,安徽省文化贸易取得一定发展成绩,但由于省内文化产业发展不充分、文化资源开发不足、国际文化消费市场开发不够等原因,安徽省文化贸易仍存在文化贸易后劲不足、出口商品结构不合理、出口市场比较集中等问题。面对国际文化消费和国内文化产业转型升级、新技术新模式的应用等发展机遇,以及国际上贸易保护主义和国内"东西夹击"等挑战,安徽省应该从供给端优化文化贸易相关人才配置,加大对徽文化资源的保护和开发,突出安徽"智"造,打造世界徽文化品牌,大力培育新兴文化产业和新型文化骨干企业,充分利用网络跨境平台等新渠道,推进文化贸易大发展。
In recent years,cultural trade in Anhui Province has certain developing achievements,but due to the reasons in the undeveloped cultural industry in the province,the shortage of cultural resources,the lack of market development of international cultural consumption,and so on,the cultural trade in Anhui Province has problems such as the lack of stamina in cultural trade,unreasonable structure of the export products,the relatively concentrated in export market.Facing the new development opportunities such as the transformation of international cultural consumption and domestic cultural industry upgrading,new technology and new mode of application as well as international trade protectionism,the domestic 'stuff attack',and other challenges,Anhui Province should optimize the cultural trade related personnel allocation from the supply side,to increase the protection and development to the Hui culture,prominent Anhui 'wisdom'build,build a world of Hui culture brand,deeply cultivate emerging cultural industries and new cultural backbone enterprises,and make full use of the new channel network of cross-border platform to promote the development of cultural trade.
