建筑类专业工程硕士人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and practice of training mode of master of engineering in architectural specialty

通过对国内部分高校开展工程硕士教育现状的分析,找出了工程硕士人才培养过程中存在的问题,围绕建筑类专业的共同特点,以提高人才质量,满足工程一线需求为人才培养目标,强调工程意识、人才素质、创新能力的"三强"培养,提出了"一心两翼、三环四段"的人才培养框架;探索了将企业引进校园,成立创作研究院,搭建校企合作平台的实践教学体系的新思路,完成了工程硕士毕业论文的质量控制过程与方法的研究。

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems existing in the training of master of engineering,based on the analysis to the corresponding education in some of Chinese colleges.The common characteristics of architectural major should be centered on,by taking the talents training objective on how to improve the quality of talent to meet the skill requirement for the engineering front line.Thus,the 'Three Enhance'training strategy has been proposed to emphasize engineering awareness,talent quality,and innovation ability,based on the framework of talent cultivation,namely 'One Core with Two Wings and Three Circles with Four Phases'.The new ideas has also been explored such as introducing enterprises into the campus,setting up the creation-research institute,forming the cooperative teaching system of the school-enterprise cooperation platform,so that the research on the quality control process and method to master's thesis of engineering has been completed.
