以“创新”能力培养为导向的化工专业实习基地建设的研究与实践

The research and practice on the construction of chemical engineering practice base oriented by cultivating the “innovating”ability

实习是化工类专业人才培养计划中"实践教学环节"的一个重要组成部分,其承载着帮助学生了解化工实际生产过程和掌握基本化工生产技能的功能作用,是培养基础知识扎实和综合素质高的创新型人才的重要保障。作为本科生实习教育平台的实习基地,既是实习能够正常实施和运行的重要保障,也是保证人才培养质量和特色的关键所在。因此,高质量和高稳定的实习基地的建设非常关键。本文首先分析了目前化工专业实习基地建设存在的一些现实问题,然后结合江西理工大学化工专业的实际情况提出了如何建立相对稳定高效的实习基地的具体措施,以期为其他院校化工类专业建立实习基地提供一些参考。

Practice is an important part of the specialty of chemical engineering talents training plan,which carries the function for helping the students understand the actual chemical production process and master the basic skills of chemical production.Hence,it is an important guarantee for the training of high quality innovative talents with solid foundation of knowledge and high comprehensive quality.The practice base is the platform for undergraduate practice education,so it is not only an important guarantee for the normal implementation and operation of the practice,but also the key to ensure the quality and characteristics of talents training.Therefore,the construction of high quality and stable practice base is very critical.This paper first analyzes the current problems existing in the construction of the practice base of chemical engineering major,and then combines with the actual situation of chemical engineering in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology to put forward some concrete measures to establish a relatively stable and efficient practice base.It will be expected to provide some reference for the chemical engineering majors in other colleges and universities to establish practice base.
