福建自贸区背景下的复合型日语人才培养模式探析

在福建自贸区建设的背景下,高校作为重要的人才培养基地,需要针对区域经济下的岗位需求重新构建人才培养模式,不断改进教学方法,提高教育教学质量,满足自贸区建设背景下的人才需求。首先要明确自贸区背景下产业结构的调整和人才需求的变化,对照现阶段日语人才培养的现状,分析其存在的问题,同时结合应用型本科高校人才培养方案和模式,探索福建自贸区背景下的日语人才培养模式构建的有效策略和方法。

Under the background of the construction of Fujian free trade zone,the university,as an important base of cultivating talents,needs to rebuild the mode of talents training according to the position requirement of regional economy,improve teaching methods and teaching quality,to meet the need of talents under the background of free trade zone construction.First,the university must be clear about the adjustment of the industrial structure and the change of talents needed,and analyzes the existing problems by comparing the current situation of cultivating the Japanese talents.Meanwhile,the university should combine the plan with the mode of cultivating compound talents in the application-oriented university and explore effective strategies and methods of building the mode of cultivating the Japanese talents under the background of Fujian free trade zone.
