2017年1月《中国共产党纪律检查机关监督执纪工作规则(试行)》已正式公布(以下简称《规则》),《规则》体现党既本着"信任不能代表监督"的理念,用制度把纪检机关的权力关进笼子,保证纪委的权力沿着正确的轨道运行;又明确执行政治纪律政治规矩、组织纪律的具体标准,是新时期纪检机关工作的教科书、刻度尺。贯彻落实监督执纪工作规则,对于提高高校党风廉政建设工作的科学化水平,具有"路线图"作用。

In January 2017,"the Rules of Party Discipline Inspection Commission for Supervision and Discipline( try out) "has been officially released( here in after referred as the "rules"). The "rules"embodies that the CPC Party is in line with the concept of "Trust does not represent supervision",and puts the power of Discipline Inspection Commission into the cage with the system so as to ensure the power of the commission for discipline inspection in the right orbit. It is also clears that the implementation of the rules of political discipline,and the specific criteria for organizing discipline. They are the textbooks and measures for Discipline Inspection Commission in the new period.The implementation of the rules of supervision and discipline has a "road map"effect in improving the scientific level of the construction of a clean and honest CPC Party government in colleges and universities.
