This article discusses that professional development of teachers is a process of constantly deepening stage of development. The experienced teachers are in the middle stage of teachers' professional development. It indicates that the professional growth of this stage from the characterizations in teaching mature,teaching tact,professional exhausted plays a pivotal role in the professional development of teachers. It need cultivate the professional growth from several aspects such as deep learning,enhancing,experts guidance,supporting professional exhausted and creating the situation and culture for professional development to promote the experienced teachers to change into expert teachers.
