经验教师的专业成长:表征与成长路径

摘要 论述教师的专业成长是一个不断深化的阶段性发展过程,经验教师处于教师专业成长的中间阶段,指出从其专业成长的教学成熟、教学机智、专业困顿等表征来看,该阶段在教师专业成长中具有举足轻重的作用,需要从深度学习、提升能力、专家引领、扶助专业困顿和塑造专业发展的情境与文化,促进专业成长等几个方面进行培养,促进经验教师向专家教师质的转变。 This article discusses that professional development of teachers is a process of constantly deepening stage of development. The experienced teachers are in the middle stage of teachers' professional development. It indicates that the professional growth of this stage from the characterizations in teaching mature,teaching tact,professional exhausted plays a pivotal role in the professional development of teachers. It need cultivate the professional growth from several aspects such as deep learning,enhancing,experts guidance,supporting professional exhausted and creating the situation and culture for professional development to promote the experienced teachers to change into expert teachers.
