近年来,国内外形势发生新的变化。在世界政治格局深刻变化、从严治党、深化改革和提高党员质量的新形势下,大学生党员的继续教育与实际发展不相适应。加强和改进大学生党员的继续教育,就要提高高校人才培养意识,建立科学的培训体系;增强师资力量,构建强有力的党建工作队伍;关注学生党员的发展需求,切实提高继续教育的质量。

In the recent years,the situation of domestic and abroad has changed dramatically. Under the new situation of worldwide profound political changes on strengthening Party discipline of CPC,deepening reforms and improving the quality of CPC party members,the continuing education to college student CPC party members is incompatible with the actual development. To strengthen and improve the continuing education to college student CPC party members is to enhance the talents training awareness in colleges and universities,establish scientific training systems,increase more teaching faculties to build strong teams for CPC party construction,and concentrate on the developmental needs of the college student CPC party members,thus the quality of continuing education could be elevated.
