摘要
以长春工程学院实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为研究对象,通过对卓越工程师培养质量的成因分析、教学质量标准体系的研究,构建了卓越工程师培养教学质量保障体系,具有体系性、全员参与性、过程动态性、全程服务性、形式多样性和监控全程性特点,以期为实施卓越工程师教育培养计划提供借鉴。
The "education and training plan of excellent engineers"in Changchun Institute of Technology is taken as the research object. The causes of training quality of excellent engineers are analyzed,and the standard system of teaching quality has been studied to construct the teaching quality assurance system for excellent engineers' training.It has the characteristics of systematic,full participation,process dynamics,full service,form diversity and whole process monitoring to provide a reference for the implementation of the education and training plan for excellent engineers.
