土木工程专业校企深度融合培养应用型人才典型案例--“中建卓越班”订单式人才培养模式

The typical case on talents training by deep integration of colleges and enterprises in civil engineering specialty——the order talents training mode of “excellent class for China Construction Engineering Corporation”

为了提高人才培养质量,更好地满足社会需求,我校土木工程专业按照卓越计划人才培养要求,提出"3+1搭接式"人才培养模式。即通过产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式,将CDIO教学理念、卓越计划、专业认证和专业转型发展要求融为一体,企业全过程参与人才培养,突出实践能力、应用能力,创新创业能力,组建中建卓越班,开展了创新应用型人才培养模式改革的研究与实践,取得了成功经验。

To improve the quality of talents training and better meet the needs of the society,the "3 + 1 overlap"mode of talent training in Changchun Institute of Technology has been put forward in this paper according to the requirements of talents training in excellent talents plan,which is to integrate CDIO teaching concept,the excellent plan,the professional certification and the professional transformation development requirements into one body by the talent training mode of the integration of production and education,and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. The enterprise participates in the whole process of talents training. The practical ability,the application ability,the innovative and enterprise ability are highlighted. The excellent class for China Construction Engineering Corporation has been set up to carry out the research and practice to the reform of innovative and applied talent training mode,and the successful experience has been obtained.
