The keys of talents training for production design specialty are the applied ability and innovative ability.In order to enhance students' professional proficiency,communication ability,innovative and entrepreneurship ability,and make the coordinate development of knowledge,ability and quality education,it is need to introduce the excellent resources from enterprises,establish a in-college practical base,and explore new paths for cooperation between colleges and enterprises to establish bridges of communication between the employment needs of students and talents needs of enterprises to meet the mutual needs of special application-oriented talents training and the innovate talents of enterprises,while continually optimizing the talents training scheme and strengthening self teaching advantages.
