工匠精神是专业知识、职业态度、人文素养三者的统一,是从业者的一种职业价值取向和行为表现。汽车后市场作为一个人才和技术密集的行业,需求呈现出岗位职责不断细化、岗位要求不断提高、复合性和实践性突出等特点。因此,基于工匠精神的视域,以企业需求为目标,通过产教融合,改革人才培养模式、教学方法和教学手段,培养既懂专业知识又懂经济管理的复合型人才。
