在新工科大背景下,高校转型发展的历史机遇时期,如何培养高质量人才,更好地为企业输送实用型技术人才,是工科专业人才培养的新课题。产教融合是国家发展新工科的战略决策,为我们修订人才培养方案提供了指导,建筑环境与能源应用工程专业在校企合作中探索获得的经验也是今后人才培养方案的重要依据。构建新的课程体系,培养高素质人才,才能更好地实现校企合作、产教融合、互惠共赢。

Under the background of new engineering,colleges and universities are in the historical opportunity of transformation and development. How to train high-quality talents to better transport practical talents to the enterprises is a new topic for talent training in engineering majors. The integration of production and education is a strategic decision to the development of new engineering in China,which provides guidance for the revision of talent training program in China. The experience gained by the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in specialty of building environment and energy engineering is also an important reference for future talent training plan. Only by building a new curriculum system and cultivating high quality talents,can better cooperate between colleges and enterprises,integrate between production and education,and benefit mutually.
