对接新能源专业岗位构建新能源科学与工程专业实践教学体系 被引量:4

摘要 随着新能源应用技术的不断发展与进步,新能源应用领域在迅速扩大,新能源应用技术也在向纵深发展。因此迫切需要大批掌握新能源相关技术的高级专业人才队伍。通过对社会及行业用人单位的调研,掌握了新能源专业所需人才应具备的知识结构和素质能力,针对新能源专业岗位需求,构建了实践教学体系。结合实验室建设和校企合作,实施了实践能力的培养。下一步将继续探索在新时代新工科背景下,以创新创业为主导的实践能力培养模式,进一步提高新能源专业学生的业务素质能力,以满足对接岗位的需求。 With the development and progress of new energy application technologies,new energy application fields are expanding rapidly,and new energy application technologies are developing further and further. Therefore,a large number of senior professional talents mastered technologies related new energy are in urgent need. Through the survey to society and industry employers,the knowledge structure and quality ability needed to be mastered by new energy talents are understood. The practice teaching system has been constructed in view of the demand of new energy professional position. The training of practical ability is carried out in combination with laboratory construction and university-enterprise cooperation. Next,the training mode of practical ability leading by innovation and entrepreneurship under the new engineering background should be continually explored to further improve the business quality of new energy students to meet the demand of the docking positions.
