基于产教融合的材料成型及控制工程专业应用型人才培养研究

在高校应用型转型和工程专业认证背景下,传统的以校园为中心的教学模式已经无法满足工程教育的培养需要,迫切需要开展基于产教融合的工程专业人才培养改革。开展材料专业人才培养模式改革实践,通过与企业的深入对接、修订人才培养方案、优化课程体系、设置企业培养实践环节,让企业深度参与到人才培养全过程中,切实提高材料专业毕业生的工程实践能力与市场竞争力。

Under the background of application-oriented transformation and engineering professional certification in colleges and universities,the traditional campus-centered teaching model can not meet the training needs of engineering education,and it is urgent to carry out the talent training reform for engineering talents based on the integration of production and education. To carry out the practice of talent training mode reform on materials specialty,through the in-depth docking with the enterprise,is to revise the talent training program,optimize the curriculum system,and set up the stage of enterprises cultivation practice,so as to make the enterprises deeply involve in the whole process of talent training,and effectively advance the engineering practice capacity and market competitiveness for materials engineering graduates
