A research on a new model of self-management of undergraduates based on student Party building under the background of “New Media and Big Data”

为了保证处于思想高度自由开放的互联网环境下的大学生具有坚定的理想信念而实现自我管理,本研究在对"新媒体和大数据"时代背景下的高校学生自我管理能力和高校学生党建工作现状进行分析的基础上,提出通过高校学生党建工作,建立一种以学校主导和充分发挥学校整体优势为基础,以大学生为主体,具有双向互动和多样化特点的新型学生党建工作模式,为广大学生的理想信念"补钙",实现大学生的自我管理。

In order to ensure that undergraduates have a firm ideals and beliefs and achieve self-management when they are in a highly free and open internet environment,based on the analysis of college students' self-management abilities and the status quo of college students' Party building work in the context of the "New Media and Big Data"era,this study proposes a Party building mode for college students by building a school-lead and the school full playing the advantage as a whole. College students are the mainstay,and a new type of student Party building work model with two-way interaction and diversification features has been built for large amount of students to make "calcium supplementation"as their ideals and beliefs and realize their self-management.
