党的十九大报告指出:"优先发展教育事业,要完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。"坚持以质量为核心的内涵式发展、注重核心竞争力的提升仍是职业院校的立校之本。因此,探讨和研究新时代高职院校核心竞争力,构建高职院校核心竞争力评价指标体系,在指引高职院校不断完善评估体系、提升自身的核心竞争力方面,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

The report at 19 thCPC National Congress pointed out that "We must give priority to education,and we will improve the system of vocational education and training,and promote integration between industry and education,and cooperation between enterprises and colleges. "The foundation of polytechnic colleges is still to adhere to connotative development with quality as the core,and to focus on the promotion of core competence. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore and study the core competence of polytechnic colleges in the new era,to construct the evaluation index system of the core competence in polytechnic colleges,and to guide the polytechnic colleges to improve their evaluation system and enhance their core competence.
