摘要
借鉴标杆管理理论,通过横向比较中国农业大学、河南大学、河南师范大学、郑州大学和河南农业大学5所高校满足生物学一级学科博士学位授权点申报基本条件的情况,从师资队伍、投入和产出3个方面找出了河南农业大学生物学学位授权点建设的努力方向,并提出了相应的标杆管理的方法和对策,对地方院校学位授权点建设和管理具有启发意义。
Based on the benchmarking theory,this paper compares the five universities of China Agricultural University,Henan University,Henan Normal University,Zhengzhou University,and Henan Agricultural University to meet the basic conditions of declaration of authorization point of Ph. D. degree in biology as first-level disciplines,finds out the direction of construction of authorization point of biology degree in Henan agricultural university from three aspects of teaching staff,input and output,and puts forward the corresponding methods and countermeasures in benchmarking,which has enlightening significance for the construction and management of authorization point of degree in local universities.
