“Engineering quality”:the Soul of applied university's students' employability——based on experience of talents training in Changchun Institute of Technology

强化"工程素质"教育,对于应用型高校大学生树立正确的职业发展观,养成笃行务实的理性精神,提升就业核心竞争力至关重要。应用型高校可通过树立以就业为导向的人才培养观念、注重实践教学、加强"双师型"师资建设、强化产学合作、发挥专业性社会实践育人功能、抓好就业指导等措施培育大学生的"工程素质",进而提升他们的就业能力。

Strengthening education of "engineering quality"is important to set up correct career development view,form pragmatic and rational spirit and enhance the core competitiveness on employment for the students in applied universities. Applied universities can cultivate students' engineering quality according to establishing employment oriented talents cultivation idea,emphasizing practical teaching,strengthening the building of teachers qualities with"double-professional teachers",intensifying industry-education cooperation,developing talents cultivation function in professional social practice,grasping employment guidance,and so on to further strengthen their employability.
