应用型本科国际经济与贸易专业培养模式改进思路

随着"一带一路"政策的推进,我国外贸持续迅速增长,同时带动国际经贸专业人才的需求,如何适应社会需求提供对口人才一直是永恒不变的课题。对于高等教育而言,一些应用型本科专业在办学定位与办学思路、学科建设与专业建设、教学改革与教学建设、人才培养模式以及教师队伍建设都应该有其自身的规律和独特的要求,但目前尚无成熟的模式,有待于实践的不断探索和理论的深入研究。本文主要就当前时代环境下高等教育国际经贸专业在专业转型与人才培养方面存在的不足与需要解决的问题进行了研究,并就专业发展的改进措施与发展策略进行了探讨,希望能通过本文的研究,为国际经贸专业提高教育水平,改进教育质量提供理论方面有益的推动。

With the advancement of the "One Belt and One Road"policy,China's foreign trade continues to grow rapidly. At the same time,the demand for international economic and trade professionals has been driven,and how to adapt to social needs to provide suitable talent has always been an eternal research project. For higher education,some application-oriented undergraduate majors should have its own unique rules and requirements in professional orientation and educational ideas,subject construction and specialty construction,teaching reform and teaching construction,talents training mode and the construction of teachers' team. However,there is no mature model,the constant exploration to practice and further studied to theory are needed. This paper is mainly about insufficient and the problems need to be solved in the field of higher education professional transformation and talents training in the era of international trade environment,and the measures to improve the professional development and development strategy,with the hope that through this study,the international economic and trade professional can improve the level of education,provide a theoretical improvement of education quality promotion.
