需求分析理论视角下云南省高校英语专业应用型人才培养模式问题研究

A research on application-oriented talent training mode for English majors in Yunnan Province China from the perspective of needs analysis theory

在"一带一路"重大战略部署的背景下,随着欧亚大陆经济圈的发展,云南省作为"一带一路"重大战略的重要组成部分,现有的英语专业人才已无法满足区域发展的需要。云南省独立学院作为云南英语人才培养的重要力量,培养符合云南发展需求的英语专业应用型人才是形势所需。本文结合需求分析理论,围绕"一带一路"背景下云南省高校英语专业应用型人才培养进行研究。

Under the background of the major strategy of "The Belt and Road",with the development of economic circle of Eurasian Continent,Yunnan province,as an important part of the major strategy of "The Belt and Road",has been unable to meet the needs of regional development by existing talents in English major. As an important force in the cultivation of Yunnan's English talents,the independent colleges of Yunnan province is required to train the applied talents of English majors in accordance with the development needs of Yunnan. Based on needs analysis theory,this paper studies the cultivation of applied talents of English majors in colleges and universities in Yunnan province under the background of "The Belt and Road".
