“一带一路”背景下项目管理人才培养研究

The research on project management talents cultivation under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"是目前世界上最具发展潜力与发展前景的经济带,"一带一路"项目的推进对我国的海外项目运作能力及项目管理人才提出了严峻的挑战。本文在分析了"一带一路"对项目管理人才需求的基础上,从优化人才培养方案、注重语言能力培养、开展深入的校企合作、推进海外实践项目与校校合作项目、重视创新创业教育五个方面提出了"一带一路"背景下项目管理人才培养途径。通过政府、高校、企业和社会组织的合作,为推进"一带一路"建设提供人才保障,真正实现"互联互通"。

The Belt and Road Initiative is currently the most potential and prosperous economic development zone in the world. As advancing the Belt and Road project,a severe challenge is put forward on operational capability of overseas projects and project management talents. Based on the analysis to the demand for project management talents of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper puts forward the training way of cultivation project management talents under the background of ' the Belt and Road Initiative from five aspects,including optimizing the training program for talents training,paying attention to the training of language ability,carrying out cooperation between school and enterprise in depth,promoting the cooperation of overseas practice projects and school-school cooperation projects,and paying attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education. Through the cooperation among government,universities,enterprises and social organizations,the talents guarantee has been provided for the improvement to the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative to achieve 'interconnection'truly.
