摘要
随着国内五星级酒店待客吞吐量增大,客人日趋多样化,高职酒店管理专业教学改革应与行业紧密结合,提高酒店管理人才的行业契合度。通过五星级酒店对高职酒店管理专业实习生的反馈意见调查,对"课堂教学"、"技能大赛"、"实习实训"三个环节提出新要求:教学环节,行业精英与在校教师共同完成授课,重点提升知识技能的实效性、英语口语与职业素养,同时开设订单班,实现人才精准培养、精准就业;大赛环节实行层级选拔制,大赛现场开通"就业直通车",同时以赛促教,将大赛精神融入课堂教学;实习、就业环节遵照"批次面试",优先劣后,优胜劣汰的竞争机制,增加学生紧迫感与竞争意识,从而全面提升高职酒店管理专业学生的综合素质。
With the increasing number of guests in the five-star hotels,the diversified guests,the teaching reform to hotel management major in vocational education should closely relate to this industry,and the industry fit of hotel management talents should be improved. According to the five-star hotel managers’ feedback to the interns,'Contest','Teaching',and 'Training'are requested to be modified. Teaching: courses should be taught by both teachers and industry elites,aiming to improve the effectiveness to knowledge skills,oral English,and professional literacy,while opening'order class'to realize talents training precisely,and precise employment. In the contest,the level selection system is implemented. The 'job-through train'is opened at the contest. At the same time,the spirit of the competition is integrated into the classroom teaching to make the contest help teaching. The internship and employment follow the 'batch interview ',and the competition mechanism of the survival of the fittest can increase students’ sense of urgency and competition. Thus this can comprehensively improve the overall quality of students in hotel management major in vocational education.
