从毕业生视角加强高校就业指导工作创新研究——基于山东科技大学2017届毕业生就业状况调查

Strengthening the Research on the Innovation of Employment Guidance in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Graduates——based on the survey to employment status of 2017 graduates in ShandongUniversity of Science and Technology

以山东科技大学为例,根据该校针对2017届毕业生进行的就业状况问卷调查及对调查数据进行的统计、分析结果,从毕业生的视角了解学生对学校就业指导的实际需求,探讨当前高校就业指导工作存在的问题及问题存在的原因,同时提出高校进一步完善就业指导服务工作的创新措施,从而增强就业指导服务的针对性,提高就业指导工作的实效性。

This article takes Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example,according to the survey to employment status of 2017 graduates and the statistics analysis results of the survey data,the actual needs of students for employment guidance from the perspective of graduates can be understood. This paper discusses the problems existing in the current employment guidance work of colleges and universities,and the reasons for the problems. At the same time,it puts forward the innovative measures to further improve the employment guidance service in colleges and universities,thus enhancing the pertinence of employment guidance service,and improving the effectiveness of employment guidance work.
