摘要
21世纪初,台湾地区实施"推动改善大学教育计划",该计划强调竞争性、国际化、持续改善的导向,以及鼓励大学研究型、教学型自我定位、特色发展,特别是"奖励教学卓越计划"是其一大特色,通过政策性引导重塑了大学教学与科研并重的价值观。逢甲大学是该计划的践行者和受益者,已成为台湾地区众多高校中教学卓越的典范。通过逢甲大学个案阐释台湾地区奖励教学卓越计划的实施情况,以期对大陆地方高校特色发展提供借鉴。
At the beginning of the 21 st century,Taiwan’s Education Department implemented the 'Program for Promoting Teaching Excellence Universities'. The program emphasizes competitiveness,internationalization,and continuous improvement to encourage the university to decide their development orientation and characters,being research university or teaching university. In particular,the 'Reward Teaching Excellence Program'is a major feature. By the government policy guidance,it reshapes the university’s value that teaching and research are equally important.As the practitioner and beneficiary of the program,Feng Chia University has become a model of teaching excellence for many universities in Taiwan. Through the case of Feng Chia University,this paper explains the implementation of the award-winning teaching excellence program in Taiwan,with a view to providing reference for the development of local universities in China's Mainland.
