加快推进国家新区建设研究——以福州新区为例

Accelerating the research on the construction of National New District——Taking Fuzhou New District as an example

国家级新区的设立,推动了新一轮的开发和开放,着力提升经济发展水平,打造扩大对外开放和具有辐射效应的重要区域。所以研究如何加快国家级新区的建设是非常重要的课题。以福州新区为例,研究其在发展中取得的成绩和发展策略,从而将其推广至全国以提升新区发展建设。福州新区凭借其具有的地理优势、政策优势和产业优势,进一步地提升城市经济发展速度。由于存在资源相对紧缺,与周边区域合作不够紧密,管理制度建设不够完善,对外开放程度不够等问题,福州新区的加速发展也面临一些困难。依据研究结果提出加强与周边沿海城市的合作,加大对台贸易的力度,扩大对外开放等措施建议来加快推进福州新区的建设。

The establishment of a national-level new district has promoted a new round of development and opening up,focused on improving the level of economic development,and creating an important area for expanding opening up and with a radiation effect.Therefore,it is very important to study how to accelerate the construction of new national districts.Taking Fuzhou New Area as an example,this paper studies its achievements and development strategies in the development,so as to promote it to the whole country to improve the development and construction of the new districts.Fuzhou New District has further enhanced the speed of urban economic development by its geographical advantages,policy advantages and industrial advantages.Due to the relative shortage of resources,insufficient cooperation with the surrounding areas,inadequate management system construction,and insufficient openness to the outside world,the accelerated development of Fuzhou New District is also facing some difficulties.Based on the research results,it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the construction of Fuzhou New District,such as to strengthen cooperation with surrounding coastal cities,increase trade intensity with Taiwan,and expand opening up policy.
