四羧基苯基卟啉的NADH光电化学生物传感器性能研究

摘要 成功地构建了基于四羧基苯基卟啉(TCPP)为光敏染料的NADH光电化学生物传感器。利用红外光谱描述TCPP与TiO2纳米晶间的相互作用;使用循环伏安法研究修饰电极TCPP/TiO2/FTO的电化学、光电化学及对生物分子NADH展现出的传感器性能。研究发现:TCPP染料分子与TiO2纳米晶通过桥连和螯合作用紧密结合;在380nm光照下,修饰电极TCPP/TiO2/FTO对NADH表现出良好的传感器性能,检出限0.359 2μM,灵敏度3.603×10-2μA M-1cm-2,线性范围为0~8.0μM,而且重现性良好。 A NADH photoelectrochemical biosensor has been constructed successfully based on meso-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin(TCPP)as sensitizer.By FT-IR spectra,the mutual interaction between TCPP sensitizer and TiO2nanocrystalline,this paper makes a study on electrochemistry of TCPP/TiO2/FTO,photoelectrochemistry,and biosensor property to biomolecule NADH.The research shows that TCPP is coordinated with TiO2nanocrystalline by bridging and bidentate chelating modes.Under 380nm light irradiation,the modified electode TCPP/TiO2/FTO shows a good biosensor property.The detection limit is0.359 2μM,the sensitivity is 3.603×10-2μAM-1cm-2,and the linear ranges is from 0μM to 8μM.The NADH photoelectrochemical biosensor repeats better property.
