真空预压法是软土地基处理的有效方法,真空预压施工过程中的质量控制对地基处理质量和工期起着决定作用,通过多年软土地基处理工程管理的实践经验,总结了软土处理过程中主要存在流塑状淤泥阻塞砂垫层,地下水位测量不准,侧向位移对边界地基强度影响等问题,并分别针对具体问题提出了砂垫层施工中工艺的改进,提出了地下水位量测的新方法,并在分析了侧向位移危害性的基础上,提出了桩体防护措施和挖土防护措施,这些方法在工程实践中取得了较好的工程效果。

Vacuum preloading is an effective method of soft soil foundation treatment .The quality control of vacuum preloading plays a decisive role on the quality and duration of foundation treatment .T hrough many years practice experience for soft soil foundation treatment ,the main problems existed in soft soil founda-tion treatment are put forward ,for instance:sand cushion obstruction caused by plastic-flow silt ,mis-meas-urement of underground water level ,and the boundary foundation strength influenced by lateral displace-ment ,etc ..To solve these problems ,specific methods are proposed for each problem respectively ,such as the improvement of sand cushion construction technology ,new measurement of underground water level , and protection measures of pile and excavation on the base of analyzing the damage of lateral displacement . These methods have achieved good effect in engineering practice and can provide reference for similar engi-neering constructions .
