白光LED驱动器的研究与设计

摘要 以提高白光LED驱动器的效率为目标,以Cadence软件为平台,在深入研究电子元器件功耗与尺寸大小关系的基础上,采用0.18μm的CMOS工艺,设计了驱动4只串联白光LED的升压型驱动器。实验表明,该驱动器具有转换效率高和抗干扰能力强等特点,在环境恶劣的情况下均可满足性能指标要求,具有广泛的实用性。 This paper aims at developing the efficiency of white LED driver.By using Cadence softeare as a platform;on the basis of further research on the relationship between the power consumption and the size of electric device;and adopting 0.18μm CMOS process,a boost driver which can drive four white LEDs connected in series has been designed.The simulation experiment shows the boost driver has the characteristics of high converting efficiency and strong anti-interference.Besides,the boost converter can meet the expected performance requirements in worse case environment and have a wide application.
