玉米深加工企业废水深度处理工程实例

The project case of wastewater advanced treatment in advanced corn processing enterprises

某玉米深加工厂污水处理站的深度处理系统设计规模为180m3/h,该企业生产废水经过该公司污水处理站处理后,其排放水水质符合GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》第一类污染物最高允许排放浓度及第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度一级标准。在此基础上,部分排放水再经处理,使CODcr≤80mg/L后,进入超滤系统生产超滤水,超滤出水水质达到GB 50335—2002《污水再生利用工程设计规范》中敞开式循环冷却水补充水水质指标,用作循环冷却水系统补充水。

The design capacity of an advanced treatment system is 180m3/h in one advanced corn processing factory.The effluent qualitiy level in wastewater in this enterprise fit the 1st class highest pollutant emission concentration and 1st grade standard for pollutant emission concentration of the 2nd class in GB 1996-8978'integrated wastewater discharge standard'.On this basis,part of the wastewater is treated after CODcr≤80mg/L.The ultrafiltration water is produced during entering ultrafiltration system.The water quality after ultrafiltration effluent reaches the make-up water quality index of GB 50335—2002 'code for design of wastewater reclamation and utilization engineering'in open type circulating cooling water,used as the make-up water in circulating cooling water system.
