摘要
基于纳米材料的抗菌特性,采用纳米沸石银和纳米沸石锌作为抗菌材料,研究其对垃圾堆肥样品的抑菌效果。研究结果如下:2种纳米材料均具有抗菌作用。从同一菌液浓度的抑菌圈大小看,纳米沸石-Ag对细菌的抑制效果优于纳米沸石-Zn,这2种材料的抑菌圈大小均随着菌液稀释度的增大而增大;纳米沸石-Ag的最小抑菌浓度为3mg/mL,最大杀菌浓度为28cfu/mL。而纳米沸石-Zn的最小抑菌浓度为0.5mg/mL,最大杀菌浓度为0.28cfu/mL。纳米复合沸石的质量浓度越高,作用时间越长,抑菌效果越好。综合比较,纳米沸石-Ag抑菌效果优于纳米沸石-Zn。
Base on the antibiotic property of nano-materials,this paper studies the antibiotic property on composting samples by nano-zeolites-Ag and nano-zeolites-Zn as the antibiotic materials.The results as following:both of the two nano-materials have the antibiotic property.For the same antibiotic concentration of the antibiotic zone diameter,the antibiotic property of nano-sized-Ag is better than nano-sized-Zn.The size of the antibiotic zone diameters for both materials will increase with the increasing of the bacterial liquid dilution.The minimum inhibitory concentration of nano-sized-Ag is 3mg/mL,the maximum bactericidal concentration is 28cfu/mL.The minimum inhibitory concentration of the nano-sized-Zn zeolite is 5mg/mL the maximum bactericidal concentration is 0.28cfu/mL.What's more,the minimum inhibitory concentration of nano-sized-Zn is 0.5mg/mL,the maximum bactericidal concentration is 0.28cfu/m The higher concentration of the composite nano-zeolite,the longer of the duration,the better of the antibiotic effect.Through the comprehensive comparison,the antibiotic property of nano-sized-Ag is better than nano-sized-Zn.
