高层建筑中钢筋的焊接性能研究

摘要 在现代高层建筑中广泛使用高强度钢筋,预热处理、微合金化以及细晶化是公认的比较成熟的高强度钢筋生产工艺。细晶粒化主要是通过运用超细晶技术在原有的强度较低的钢材的基础上获取400MPa的Ⅲ级钢筋的生产技术,该工艺有效地降低了合金消耗,从而大大节约了资源,降低了成本。评价高层建筑钢筋性能的指标不仅有耐火功能、强度、抗震性等,同时,高层建筑用钢筋的焊接性能也是评价其质量优劣的重要指标。鉴于此,通过试验研究了国产400 MPa的Ⅲ级钢筋的焊接性能,试验结果表明:不同焊接工艺下钢筋在焊接前后抗拉强度、屈服强度变化不大,400 MPa的Ⅲ级钢筋的焊接性能良好,可以满足高层建筑用钢筋的相关要求。 High strength steel bar is widely used in modern high-rise building construction,and preheating treatment,micro alloying and fine crystallization are generally accepted as the relatively mature production process of high strength steel bar.Fine grain is a production technology that mainly through the use of ultra fine grained technology,on the base of original lower strength steel bar to obtain the production technology of 400 MPaⅢ grade reinforcing steel.This process can effectively reduce the consumption of the alloy,which can greatly save the resources and reduce the cost.The evaluation indexes of the performance of high-rise building not only include fire resistance,strength,earthquake resistance,etc.At the same time,the welding performance of steel bar in high-rise building is also an important index to evaluate its quality.In view of this,this paper is to study the welding performance of domestic 400MPaⅢ grade reinforcing steel through the test.The test results show that under different welding processes,the steel bar's tensile strength and yield strength have little change before and after welding;400 MPaⅢ grade reinforcing steel has good welding performance,and can meet the requirements of steel bar for high-rise building.
