The programming design to dynamic response performances of AC contactors by FAHP evaluation

在9台交流接触器的动态参数实验测量数据的基础上,应用模糊层次分析法理论开展交流接触器的动态响应特性评价。首先简要介绍了模糊层次分析法的层次结构和评价步骤,然后详细介绍了将其用于交流接触器动态响应特性评价的步骤和应用公式,并给出了关键步骤的程序设计思路。该评价方法同样适用于其他类似低压电器产品,作为快速鉴别动态性能优劣的方法,为产品优化设计提供依据。

This paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)theory to evaluate the dynamic response performances of AC contactors on the basis of dynamic data test of nine AC contactors.Firstly,it introduces briefly the hierarchical structure and evaluation steps of FAHP theory;then the steps and applying formulas to evaluate the dynamic response performances of AC contactor are given in detail,as well as the thought of some critical programming design is presented.This evaluating method is also suitable for other similar low-voltage electrical applicants.Being a method of quick identifying dynamic performances,it contributes to optimal designs of products.
