摘要
电气传动与流体传动是两大主要的传动方式,两者无论在基本原理还是基本元件上均具有很大的相似性。因此,利用电气相似原理,创造性地将气控元件抽象出来,借鉴典型的电气控制回路的特点,实现全气控系统中连续往复和两地控制模块的设计,并以弹药压装装置的全气控系统为例进行说明,通过Fluidsim—P仿真验证。
Electric drives and fluid power transmission are two main drive ways.Both of them have great similarity no mater in terms of basic principles or basic components.Therefore,the air control components can be creatively extracted by applying electro-pneumatic similar principle.The design to continuous and reciprocal control module in all air control system has been realized by using the typical characteristics of the electrical control circuit.The all air control system by taking ammunition crimping device as an example has been proved by Fluidsim-P simulation.
