基于数据包络分析的区域网络信息资源配置研究

The study on web information resource allocation based on data envelopment analysis

以网络信息资源配置情况作为研究对象,采用数据包络分析方法,从不同省份的网络信息资源投入和产出的角度,构建EDA指标体系。通过收集数据,运用DEA模型进行计算,得到区域网络信息资源配置效率情况,并进行了分析,提出了非DEA有效的改进方法。

The web information resource allocation is used as research subject.DEA(Data envelopment analysis)has been taken as the research method.The paper designs a DEA index system from the inputs and outputs of web information resource in different provinces.By data collection and DEA model calculations,the efficiency of regional web information resource allocation is obtained.Then the analysis has been made,and some improvements on non-DEA are proposed.
