摘要
土体渗透性的测定是岩土工程和工程地质评价的重要内容,常以渗透系数表示,渗透系数是衡量土体渗透性能的一项重要指标。根据自动应变控制的研究目标,提出一种自主控制测定过程的数据采集及控制系统。通过对温度传感器、压力传感器、A/D转换单元、DO控制单元、蠕动泵、驱动电路等组成部分的合理设计,实现渗透系数测定过程的精确管理,提高了测定结果的精度和效率。实验结果表明,所提出的数据采集及控制系统是切实可行的,完全满足设计要求和工程需要,可广泛应用于各种土体渗透性测定任务。
The determination of soil permeability is an important part of geotechnical engineering and engineering geology evaluation,which is often indicated as permeability coefficient.The permeability coefficient is an important indicator to measure the soil permeability.According to the research aim of the automatic strain control,this paper proposes a data acquisition and control system with autonomous control of test process.Through the reasonable designs to temperature sensors,pressure sensors,A/D conversion unit,DO control unit,aperistaltic pump and the driving circuit,etc.,it achieves precise management of the test process of permeability coefficient,and improves the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement results.Experimental results show that the data acquisition and control system proposed are feasible,fully meet design requirements and project needs,and can be widely used in variety soil permeability measurement tasks.
