摘要
建立了一种应用气相色谱—氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定植物油中不饱和脂肪酸之—亚油酸的分析方法,以大豆油、花生油、玉米油和葵花仁油为研究对象。实验采用程序升温的方法,以聚乙二醇(FFAP)为固定相,氮气为载气,一次进样分析在27min内完成。该方法线性相关系数为0.999 8,回收率在96%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1%,最低检测限为0.001pg。结果表明,该方法重现性好,操作方便,是检测食用植物油中亚油酸的有效方法。
This article establishes an analysis method to measure unsaturated fatty acid-linoleic acid in vegetable oil with gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(GC-FID),with the study subjects of soybean oil,peanut oil,corn oil and sunflower oil.The experiment adopts temperature-programmed method,and takes polyethylene glycol(FFAP)as stationary phase,nitrogen as carrier gas,and completes each sample analysis in 27 min.The linearly dependent coefficient of this method is 0.999 8;the recovery rate is between 96%~110%;the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 1%;the limit of detection is 0.001 pg.The result shows that this method has a high reproducibility,and is easy for operation.it is a effective way to detect linoleic acid in edible vegetable oil.
