摘要
采用SBR工艺,在系统稳定运行时,通过菌胶团染色、显微镜镜检的方法,考察了胞内聚β-羟基丁酸盐(PHB)以及聚磷酸盐(poly-P)在生物除磷过程中的变化规律。试验结果表明,在厌氧过程中,释磷的同时污泥菌胶团中poly-P颗粒大量减少,PHB颗粒被大量合成并贮存于胞内;在好氧过程中,吸磷的同时胞内PHB颗粒含量减少,poly-P颗粒大量增多。
By using SBR process,the intracellular PHB and poly-P of PAOs variation laws during the biological phosphorus removal procedure by the method of dyeing zoogloea and microscopic examination under the condition of the system running steadily has been examined in this article.The results show that the poly-P particles in the zoogloea reduces a lot,and the PHB particles are synthesized in large quantities and stored in the cells when phosphorus releasing is at the anaerobic phase.At the same time,the PHB particles content in the cells reduces and the poly-P particles increases a lot when phosphorus absorbing is at the aerobic phase.
