摘要
介绍了以传统活性污泥法为基础研发的微压内循环多生物相反应器的构造及原理,并以城市新区污水作为原水进行连续66d的中试调试及运行研究。中试运行处理效果表明:反应器具有较好的抗冲击负荷能力;调试运行23d后,进入稳定运行状态;对COD、SS、NH3—N、TP的平均去除效率分别达到82.06%、77.34%、97.71%、88.09%,TN的出水水质满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》。
This paper introduces the structure and principle of micro-pressure inner loop multi-biological phase reactor developed on the basis of the traditional activated sludge method,and makes pilot study of 66 days continuous commissioning and operation by taking city wastewater of a new development district as the experimental water.The results show that the reactor has better resistance to impact load;after the commissioning operation for 23 days,the reactor enters the stable running state.The average removal efficiencies of COD、SS、NH3—N、TP reached 82.06%,77.34%,97.71% and 88.09% respectively.The effluent quality of total nitrogen meets the'Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant'(GB 18918—2002).
