摘要
吉林市污水处理厂二期工程采用A^2/O活性污泥法+浸没式MBR膜工艺,该工程处理水量为150 000m^3/d,为目前国内日处理污水量较大的MBR工程。该工程自2014年7月运行以来,一直比较稳定,出水水质达到了GB18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。介绍了该工程采用A^2/O+MBR工艺处理城市污水的工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果、运行成本及运行中存在的一些问题。
The second-phase project of Jilin municipal wastewater treatment plant in China uses A^2/O activated sludge process+immersion MBR membrane process,and the water content of the project is 150 000m^3/d,which is currently the largest domestic wastewater treatment project in MBR engineering projects.Since the operation of the project in July 2014,the operation has been relatively stable,and the effluent quality reached the standard of A Level of GB18918—2002'Cities Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard'.This paper introduces the process characteristics by adopting A^2/O+MBR process,and introduces the design parameters,treatment effects,operating cost,and some problems occurred during the operation.
