摘要
通过工程实例介绍了螺杆桩在地下室抗浮中的应用,螺杆桩在均匀的黏性土层内具有良好的抗拔承载力,在底板沉降较小的前提下,抗拔桩采用板跨中布置的方式可显著减小底板的内力和变形,具有较好的经济性。
In this paper,the application of screw pile in basement anti floating is introduced by an project engineering example.The screw pile has good uplift bearing capacity in the uniform clay strata.In the premise of small subsidence,the internal force and deformation of the basement foundation slab can be greatly reduced with the method of the uplift piles relatively dispersed arrangement in the mid-span of the slab,and it has better economical efficiency.
