The Research on the Influence Mechanism of BIM on Green Building Project Management

绿色建筑是近年来新兴的一个建设工程项目。不同于传统项目开发,具有特殊性和复杂性。我国开发商受到传统理念的限制,在绿色建筑工程项目开发过程中存在着各种问题。通过对绿色建筑工程项目的开发建设进行全面的分析,探讨了BIM技术的影响机理,得出了在绿色建筑项目决策过程中,实施BIM技术能够有效地进行成本控制。

In recent years,green building is a new construction project.It is different from the traditional project development,with particularity and complexity.China's developers are restricted by the traditional concept.In the green building project development process there are a variety of problems.This paper analyzes the development and construction of green building project,discusses the related problems of BIM technology influence mechanism,and puts forward that the implementation of BIM technology can effectively control the cost in the green building project decision-making process.
