The Design and Experimental Study on Rubber Asphalt Macadam Seal in Seasonally Frozen Regions

橡胶沥青碎石封层具有较好的黏结性能和较好的防水性能,在延缓和抵抗反射裂缝方面具有较好的作用。通过对不同配比和不同结构类型的橡胶沥青碎石封层试件冻融循环后进行剪切试验和抗疲劳性能试验研究,试验结果表明,以倒装形式铺设橡胶沥青碎石封层的路面结构性能较好,并得出了组成倒装封层原材料的最佳配比。

Rubber asphalt gravel seal coat has better properties of bonding capacity and waterproof.In terms of delaying and resisting the reflection crack,it has favorable effect.In this paper,shear test and fatigue test have been studied to rubber asphalt macadam seal with different ratio and different structure types.The test results show that the pavement structure performance of the rubber asphalt macadam seal layer is better,and the optimum ratio of the raw materials is obtained has been achieved.
