基于生态理念的居民建筑改造设计研究

The Research on Renovation Design of Residential Building Renovation Based on Ecological Concept

随着我国城镇化建设步伐的不断推进,居民对建筑改造设计的需求更倾向于精神方面的追求,绿色生态已经成为当前居民建筑改造转型的重要理念。在分析居民建筑绿色生态设计理念的基础上,从设计原则、遵循要素以及实际案例三方面对生态理念在居民建筑改造中的应用进行了研究,最后,提出了基于绿色生态理念的居民建筑改造措施,以实现改造建筑的节能环保性和长久性,推动我国整体生态建筑的内涵发展。

With the development of urbanization in China,the renovation design requirements on residential building are more inclined to the spiritual pursuits.The ecology has become an important concept in the transformation of the current residential buildings.Based on the analysis of the concept of ecological design of residential buildings,the application of ecological concept in the residential building renovation is studied from principles design,following elements,and actual cases.Finally,the residential building renovation measures based on ecological concept are proposed to realize the energy-saving,environmental protection and durability of building,thereby promoting the connotation development of the whole ecological architecture in China.
