摘要
冲孔灌注桩工艺适用地层比较广泛,灌注桩充盈系数一般不超过1.3。工程实践发现一些地层的砼灌注量严重超标,在正常施工情况下充盈系数普遍达到1.5~2.0,有的甚至达到2.5。分析研究实际砼灌注曲线、相关充盈系数等灌注性能的不同特征,揭示冲孔桩在不同地层成孔过程中的特点及风险,为设计优选桩基工艺及冲孔桩的合理运用提供参考。
The technology of punching pile is widely used in the stratas with filling coefficient of cast-in-situ pile generally no more than 1.3.Some engineering practices have found that the quantity of concrete perfusion in some stratas seriously surpass the standard.Under normal construction conditions,the filling coefficient has generally reached 1.5~2.0,some even reach up to 2.5.Through the analysis and research on the different characteristics of concrete perfusion curve,related filling coefficients and different perfusion performances,the characteristics and risks of punching pile in the process of hole formation in different stratas have been revealed to provide a new and more comprehensive cognition and reference for the design of optimal selection of piled foundation technology and the rational use of punching pile.
