摘要
针对冷辗压轴承外圈生产进行工艺分析,通过正交试验研究主要工艺参数对其加工质量的影响。设计碾扩比、中段进速、末端进速和碾压延时等四因素三水平正交试验,对深沟球轴承的冷碾压参数进行优化。
Process analysis is carried based on the production of cold rolling bearing outer ring and the influence of the main process parameters on the process quality is studied through orthogonal tests.The cold rolling parameters for deep groove ball bearings are optimized through designing four-factor and three-level orthogonal tests including grinding expansion ratio,the middle speed,the terminal speed and rolling delay.
