摘要
针对饲料平模零件加工中存在大量孔加工和钻孔劳动强度大的问题,在不改变普通台钻原有主体结构和钻孔功能的前提下,通过对台钻机械结构和电气控制的合理改造,利用气动控制和znFAT系统控制技术实现了普通台钻的自动化加工,从而提高了生产效率和产品加工质量,获得客户好评。
There are many problems in the flat-die parts machining,such as numerous hole machining and great labor intensity.On the premise of major structure and drilling function aren’t changed,mechanical structure and electrical control have been reconstructed rationally,the automatic processing of common drill has been realized in the use of pneumatic control and znFAT system control technology so as to improve the production efficiency and product quality,and the customers’ praises are acquired.
