摘要
分析了三档壳体产品的形状、尺寸、精度及技术要求,零件涉及落料、冲孔、拉伸、翻孔、整形、成形及切边等多种冲压工艺。结合零件特点提出其冲压加工方案,最终确定采用9道工序完成,针对每道工序进行相关计算及具体设计,完成该零件冲压工艺设计。
The shape,size,precision and technical requirements of the three-speed shell product are analyzed in this paper.The parts processing involves various stamping processes such as blanking,punching,drawing,turning,shaping,forming,trimming,and so on.Combined with the characteristics of the parts,the stamping processing scheme has been proposed.The final determination is completed by nine processes.The relevant calculations and specific designs are carried out for each process to complete the stamping process design to these parts.
