摘要
基于紫外吸光度(UV_(254))的测定方法具有操作简便、检测效率高、实验成本低等优点,研究其在城市污水处理中的指示作用。试验装置采用SRT分别为10、30、50、100、240d的5个SBR反应器,对城市污水、SBR处理系统的出水及其运行典型周期中的COD和UV_(254)进行检测。结果表明,城市污水中有机物成分较为复杂,原水中COD和UV_(254)相关性较差,不适宜仅采用UV_(254)通过线性拟合关系式来预测COD。SBR处理系统的出水及其运行典型周期中COD和UV_(254)的相关性较原水有显著提高,5个不同SRT运行条件下SBR出水的COD和UV_(254)具有良好的相关性,UV_(254)可以作为COD去除效果的指示指标,这将在较大程度上节约时间和降低实验成本。
The indicative role of UV254 in urban sewage treatment has been analyzed in this article,on the base of the advantages of ultraviolet absorbance(UV254)such as simple operation in measurement,high detection efficiency,low cost of experiment,etc.The test devices are used by five SBR reactors with SRT of10,30,50,100 and 240 dto detect COD and UV254 in urban sewage,effluent and typical cycle of operation of COD and UV254 in SBR treatment system respectively.The results show that the organic matter content in urban sewage is more complicated,and the correlation between COD and UV254 in raw water is poor.It is not suitable to use only UV254 to predict COD through linear fitting relationship.The correlation between COD and UV254 in effluent and typical cycle is significantly higher than that in raw water.There is a good correlation between COD and UV254 in SBR effluent under five different SRT operating conditions.UV254 can be used as an indicator of COD removal effect.This will save time and reduce experiment costs to a large extent.
